2026 Paris/London Textile Immersive - Single Occupancy Final Payment

This is the final payment for those that have registered for Single Occupancy during the Paris/London Textile Immersive Event in 2026. This payment is due on May 1st, which is also the cancellation date for the trip. After May 1st, we are unable to refund your payments, in case of cancellation.

When: September 13 - 22, 2026

Where: Paris, France & London, England

Total Cost: $8,900 (non-refundable $1000 deposit due at registration)

Payment Schedule

First payment due February 1, 2026 – $3950 USD per person, single occupancy

Final payment due May 1, 2026 – $3950 USD per person, single occupancy

Included:

• Accommodations: Selected hotels in Paris and London
• Meals: Breakfasts at the hotels, one lunch, one afternoon tea, and two dinners
• Transportation: All transportation to and from included tour experiences; Eurostar transportation from Paris to London
• Tours and experiences: All the tours, workshops, and guides listed on the itinerary

Not Included:

• International round trip airfare; transportation to and from the hotels to the airport
• Travel insurance
• Hotel incidentals including room service, laundry, and bar tabs
• Food and beverages not included in your itinerary
• Alcoholic beverages at group meals
• Expenses during your free time

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. The Final Payment for the event is May 1, 2026. Should you cancel in writing before May 1, 2026, the First Payment will be refunded. Should you cancel on or after May 1, 2026, no refunds will be given.

Travel Insurance

Attendees are required to purchase travel insurance, even if you do not work with a travel agent to make travel arrangements. Travel insurance can be purchased for travel arrangements and tour fees in order to cover any of your costs if a cancellation is required. You can receive travel insurance for trip costs, not just airline travel. If an unforeseen cancellation by a participant is required, you will be asked to go through your travel insurance company to request reimbursement of your trip fees.
