2027 Sew Savannah Workshop (Non-Refundable Deposit)

This is a Bring Your Own Machine event. You can choose the option to rent a Bernina sewing machine from The Sewing Workshop, or you can bring your own.

Join The Sewing Workshop team for a spectacular week in Savannah, Georgia sewing the forthcoming Savannah Shirt pattern. This is a small-group trip for like-minded sewists who want to learn, create, and sew together in a fun, inspirational space.

When: March 20 - 25, 2027

Where: Kimpton Brice Hotel, Savannah, GA

Workshop Cost: $2500 (non-refundable $1000 deposit due at registration)

Optional Non-participant Cost: $500 due upon registration

Optional Bernina sewing machine rental cost: $400 upon registration

You will book your accommodation through the Kimpton Brice Hotel. This cost is in addition to the Sewing Workshop fee. Book your accommodations here.

• Any meals not listed as included (most off-site meals)
• Any accommodation incidentals or supplementary services

• Any items not specifically mentioned as included
• Sewing machines (unless rented through The Sewing Workshop for a fee)

Materials & Supplies

The Savannah Shirt pattern is included with your workshop fee. We will provide you with a final materials list closer to the event.

You will be responsible for bringing:

• Fabric
• Notions & tools
• Misc. sewing materials
• Sewing Machine: Please note that you are responsible for bringing your sewing machine. If you want to rent a machine from The Sewing Workshop, there will be a $400 fee to cover packaging and shipping to and from Savannah. You can choose to rent a machine when making your deposit. We offer a limited selection of Bernina machines of various models; 350, 550, and 400 series that we can ship directly to the event.

Payment Schedule

Total Workshop Fee: $2500

Deposit due upon registration - $1000 (non-participant fee also due upon registration $500)

Final payment due January 20, 2027 – $1500 USD per person

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstance. The final payment for the event is January 20, 2027. Should you cancel on or after January 20, 2027, no refunds will be given.

Travel Insurance

Attendees are required to purchase travel insurance, even if you do not work with a travel agent to make travel arrangements. Travel insurance can be purchased for travel arrangements and tour fees in order to cover any of your costs if a cancellation is required. You can receive travel insurance for trip costs, not just airline travel. If an unforeseen cancellation by a participant is required, you will be asked to go through your travel insurance company to request reimbursement of your trip fees.
