This gorgeous boiled wool features a wonderful raised design of cheerful daisies and other blooms in tonal colors of black, grey, and cream. This would make a fabulous Chateau Coat - it would be a show stopping coat that elevates even the most casual of outfits. The fabric is light enough to wear as a third layer - I'm thinking a Tremont Jacket, or Eureka Top.

What is Boiled wool? Created with woven or knit wool fibers, the fabric is washed and agitated vigorously. The wool fibers then shrink and bind together to make a warm and wind-resistant fabric. This fabric has a soft, fuzzy hand, no stretch and a heavy drape. It is suitable for jackets, cardigans, sweaters, and coats.
