This is a special fabric that we purchased from a British outerwear company. This unique fabric is a medium-weight blend of hemp and organic cotton in classic olive that is coated on one side — perfect for bags and coats when wind and waterproofing is desired. Use this fabric to make a Boulder Bag or a longer Quincy jacket. This fabric is OKEO-TEX certified.

The windproof coating is made with a hemp cellulose organosilicone which gives the fabric the following qualities:

• Excellent performance for windproofing.
• Water moisture transfer properties under normal and below-freezing temperatures.
• Eco-friendly treatment.
• Excellent moisture permeability.
• Very high performance to washing.
• No hardening at extremely low temperatures.
