Dress Loose-fitting, below-knee dress. Four tucks and tie accentuate waistline. Open neckline has partially sewn tuck at center front and is finished with bias binding. Extended shoulder line finished with folded armhole bands.

Blouse Loose-fitting, hip-length blouse with tuck and neckline details same as dress. Slightly extended armholes finished with bias binding.

Suggested Fabrics Rayon or Wool Challis, Cotton, Linen, Silk, and Knit.

Notions Thread. Optional: Double-fold Bias Tape. Ball Point Bodkin.
